Soto Flooring

It’s not often that I provide a Google review. The sales representative who came to my house to conduct an assessment and provide an estimate was amicable, which was obviously a positive. However, I was promised two different price quotes for wood flooring replacement work. I even provided a plank sample for the representative to take with him to help determine the make and model of my flooring. Soto Flooring never got back to me with pricing and never returned the plank of wood I allowed the representative to borrow. I followed up three times, and Soto Flooring never had the decency to reach out to me. This was obviously a negative.

We had seven areas of our home installed with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring by Soto Flooring. Michael Soto measured our areas and presented their proposal and fully explained their processes. He willingly worked with me to obtain the LVP from a non-standard source. Ismael Soto led the installation crew and they kept us fully informed each of the four days they were here. They treated our furniture with great care and repostioned it on completion to the inch. The crew was pleasant and quiet as they worked, with the exception of using power tools. And even their power tools were hooked up to a HEPA vacuum, keeping the dust to a minimum. The price was not the cheapest but we feel we got good value from a very pleasant and professional company. I am so happy that I no longer have to vacuum / deep clean my carpets due to my fur babies! Cleaning is going to be so much easier and less expensive now. I want to personally thank the crew from Soto Flooring and for their amazing craftsmanship and service. I waited for 7 years to tackle this project not to mention that I happen to be quite particular. The guys far exceeded any expectations that I could have ever imagined. The quality of the work from the removal of the old wood and tile flooring, to the preparation of the floor prior to installation was unlike anything I have ever seen. For the new ceramic tile flooring installation, the guys demonstrated the utmost precision in their trade. I would recommend them to any and every one looking for excellent quality and service, through and through. We appreciate Mike for his expert business practice and Ish and Jose for their expertise including the level of quality and precision in their craftsmanship. I never imagined that the finished work would exceed all of my expectation's and you guys pulled it off!
