I recently visited Jewel Smiths to have my wedding ring resized, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The shop itself is charming, and everyone was genuinely pleasant. Arthur gave me such personal attention, treating my cherished ring with real care. He had me try on the slightly enlarged ring several times to make sure the fit was exactly right—down to whether I preferred it just a hair larger. Thanks to his patience and dedication, the ring fits perfectly now.
