This is our second service from Indigo plumbing. The first service was a repair of our hot water tank. Christopher M was able to repair our old tank to give us more service from it and saved us a lot of money when we really needed it. This second time, he arrived on time again & showed us where the older tank was leaking. We are so glad he detected the leak which saved us from a ruined floor. He has always been timely, honest, and efficient. We are so happy with our new tank and the excellent service by Indigo Plumbing and Christopher M. and highly recommend them.

Despite all the positive reviews, we did not receive a 5 star service. We called regarding our tankless water heater not keeping our water hot, but never received a solution. After 2 more visits, Chris mentioned a part he would order to possibly remedy our issue, but never heard back from him. Had to contact every week just to get an update. Been over a month now and have not heard anything else. Unfortunately, will not be returning here for our plumbing needs. He did help fix our gas line issue which is why the extra star.
