What a pleasant experience. You can at times feel, when plumbers arrive, that they think you are fortunate to have them help you. We called Royal Flush because of strong positive feedback from others. When Hudson arrived he was pleasant, created the impression that he was fortunate for the opportunity to help us. He explained his diagnosis of the issue(s). He found something we didn’t know about. They were neat as they did their work vacuuming up water and dirt along the way. Everything was fully explained and costs were clearly laid out. There were no surprises. We will be using Royal Flush as our go to plumbers in the future. They treated us like royalty!

Had a plumbing issue at rental property. Called due to proximity, and I was told someone would be dispatched between 8am and 11am the next day. Received a call at 11:15am stating running behind with no idea when plumber would arrive. Plumber arrived at 3pm, and he worked until 6pm. Prices and work were reasonable. Two points of concern: 1. Missed the confirmed appointment time, which impacted work day. 2. Shared my number with another company concerning water remediation - which was not needed. SPAM calls will not stop!
