From the initial call to schedule a repair to the actual service, the entire experience was top-notch. We had a plumbing emergency, and Ray got a plumber out to our home in about an hour and a half. Mr. Krum did an excellent job, was very detailed and explained the entire problem and process. The price was fair and work was high-quality. I appreciate the after-service emails documenting the repair process, faulty parts and replacement parts. Well done!

Krum is the best! He came out for my home inspection during due diligence and came back out to provide the service. This was a full days of work with a partner. They moved my water shut off out of crawl space, reworked my pipes for crawl space access, reworked pipes of of a leaking sink with missing parts, and switched my water temp faucet things (because it’s hot on left and cold on right), and definitely more. (The hole was mistakenly patched up by a separate handy man, thus their removal.) AND Krum got my Dekalb plumbing certificate delivered to my email within a few hours. While I don’t know much about plumbing, I can see the new pipes have been installed sooo cleanly, very satisfying. I mostly appreciate their empathy and kindness, because I was kinda *losing my mind* this morning with the general cost of homeownership. 🤣
