I’ve been a customer of PV’s for a few years now and only have great things to say about their service. Their guys are knowledgeable and rarely suggest items to fix that don’t need to be addressed soon so it never feels like they’re just trying to upsell you to make more money. Their office staff is responsive and helpful. If I ever have questions, they do proper follow up and usually have someone call me within 1 business day just to talk through whatever I might need help with. Would recommend and I’ll be a customer for quite a while.

I really appreciated working with Andre at the beginning of the process. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and helped me feel comfortable about making this purchase for my home. Matthew and Ahmad did a great job installing my new heating and AC system. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Their customer service, integrity, and financial flexibility are truly exceptional. I found this company online last Sunday and requested a free consultation. Within minutes, I received a call, and an associate scheduled an appointment for the very next day. On Monday, Kevin came to my house. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I scheduled online and Alex called me within the hour. I got Kevin to my house by the end of the day same day. Fixed both my toilets and drains. I will definitely use PV again and highly recommend.
