My experience with the repair of my stove went smoothly. The company as well as the Technician sent to my home communicated very well. When the technician was on his way to our home, he sent a text saying he was about ten minutes away. When he arrived, he introduced himself and the company he was with. Upon entering our home he went to put shoe protectors on but I said that wasnβt necessary. I took him to our Kitchen and he began the repair immediately. The repair went smoothly as did his testing to confirm that the repair eliminated the issue He cleaned the work area and pulled out his tablet and when finished, asked me to sign in two places. The entire process from beginning to end went smoothly and I would not think twice about using this company in the future if the need arises. Great job Nate.
