My experience with the repair of my stove went smoothly. The company as well as the Technician sent to my home communicated very well. When the technician was on his way to our home, he sent a text saying he was about ten minutes away. When he arrived, he introduced himself and the company he was with. Upon entering our home he went to put shoe protectors on but I said that wasn’t necessary. I took him to our Kitchen and he began the repair immediately. The repair went smoothly as did his testing to confirm that the repair eliminated the issue He cleaned the work area and pulled out his tablet and when finished, asked me to sign in two places. The entire process from beginning to end went smoothly and I would not think twice about using this company in the future if the need arises. Great job Nate.

Gerardo was a good customer service very good experience explain a lot of things that I didn't know about my washer. It was a pleasure having him here two times. I am so happy that he came the second time and put my washer door on for me He was very helpful. Every question I asks, he explained it to me. Very good service. Very good experience. Note: I have updated my review/stars because the repair has been satisfactory/successful so far, and I indeed did not end up having to pay out of pocket. I had a poor experience scheduling with Unique Repair Services. First, the day before my fridge repair appointment (3 weeks after it was scheduled - the earliest time they had available) they cancelled because they had not received the part. After back and forth with LG (who said all parts had been delivered), Unique Repair admitted they hadn’t processed one of the parts yet, and even though they could do it the next day, pushed our appointment to a week later. Finally, after our appointment finally occurred, the technician left our wood floors completely covered in snow/ice melt. These photos are AFTER mopping and using hardwood floor cleaner 3+ times. I understand the conditions outside were challenging that day, but after dealing with no refrigerator for a month, it was frustrating to have to deal with additional cleanup. The fridge leveling feet were also not screwed in completely after the repair was completed.
