I worked with Jaime to deal with some squirrels that found their way into an attic of our house. Great experience overall working with Jaime! He took care of the issue, but also made sure to seal all potential entry points for any critters trying to get into our house. He was very thorough and professional. Communication was also very good as Jaime made sure to inform me of the work he was planning to do at our place. He is very experienced, and knowledgeable and I was able to learn useful information about the area and wildlife in general. Jaime is a top notch Wildlife Technician, and we are very happy with the results of his work!

For the last 3 years, we've been using Smithereen at The Spice House in Naperville and they do a great job! We love our technician, Daniel. He's always walking in to the store w/ a smile and is very professional. Every visit he asks us if we have any requests beyond the regular treatment service and checks in before he leaves to update us on anything out of the ordinary. We’ve always had a great experience with Smithereen. We live in a wooded area, so had lots of big issues when we moved in. We quickly called Smithereen and have been pest free since. We loved our last technician Wayne - it was like having an uncle come visit and help with your home. He’s since retired and we have a new technician, he was professional called to introduce himself prior and knew where everything was located in the house.
