These guys came out to fix our refrigerator as a dispatch from Fridgidaire service. They were very hard to reach initially and then we felt good about the job. A month later our refrigerator is broken again with the same problem and these guys completely ghosted us - 2 online requests and 6 unreturned phone calls. I certainly can’t recommend this company based on my experience. I’ll adjust my post if I get a call back and these guys complete the job.

*Would give 10 stars if I could!** Amazing service…super polite, friendly, and professional. Lucas fixed my issue in 30 minutes flat. Side note: This was after I had to sit through painful mansplaining from *another* local Shrewsbury guy that left me swearing I’d never call him again. This was my own fault I dont know why I called in the first place. Back to Lucas. Night and day difference. Lucas actually listened, explained things clearly without being condescending, and got the job done fast. From now on, he’s my go-to for any fixes I need. Highly recommend!!!

Recently our LG refrigerator, which was only two and a half years old seem to go on and off too much. We called Percy's in Worcester Mass for help. They referred us to Certified Appliance of Shrewsbury Mass. Overall we received Superior customer service from this business. First of all they called right back and made an initial diagnosis of the problem. And just in case they decided to order a fan. Two days later the owner Lucas showed up. He was right on time. Initially he took the time out to explain the problem and what he was going to do about it. He had the fan and the diagnosis was correct. Along the way he educated me on my ice cube maker and the overall workings of the refrigerator in case I had other problems. The costs were very reasonable. The job was done in one half an hour and our refrigerator is working great. I highly recommend this company for any type of repair.

Certified Appliance Care was truly so wonderful to work with. My dishwasher stopped working and when I called, they were very kind and accommodating with my schedule. Lucas went out of his way to call me to give enough time to get home. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and even educated me on how to fix the problem if it happens again. Nobody wants to deal with an appliance that breaks, but knowing there’s a local and dependable company makes such a difference. So happy I found them!
