They were able to address my issue within 2 days of my call. They let me know when they were coming (2 hour window.) Paul was prompt, very skilled, explained what he was doing, and had the right tools to get to areas where my previous company could not get to. I'm am so pleased that my neighbor recommended them.

Fabulous! Just Fabulous! Highly recommend this company. I had painters at my home, a wasp nest was in their direct path. I called Colonial Pest. Can you believe that they sent a technician within the hour! Bravo gentlemen. BRAVO. Nice to see there's commitment to your customers. Cannot say enough.....

Colonial Pest Service did a fantastic job for us in taking care of the bee hives. Super easy to work with and took care of the problem quickly. Service person is an older gentleman who is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in explaining the process. Glad we called them!

We have been customers for over 15 years. They know what they are doing. Always professional, trust worthy, dependable and helpful. We hate bugs - so we love spending money here LOL-- and I am very picky. Best in Worcester hands down. Highly recommend. We pat Quarterly, they keep up with outdoor sprays, indoor, they take care of rodents, even in our garage.

The team that arrives is ALWAYS friendly and competent. They explain everything very well and since I have started using Colonial, my mice issues have been resolved. I love that I can call anytime and get to speak to a real, local person too. Great to have these guys doing this work for us.
