I got my phone screen replaced here on 01/29 and I noticed my screen was not flushed and you could see the beveled edges. I called in because the screen was warming and lifting to be told by the clerk you must have dropped it. Nonsense I have had a screen replaced before and have never ever had a screen lift. The work is shoddy and over the phone they tried to immediately not take blame for the work. I paid $149 for subpar work and I usually take it to raleigh for repairs but didn't want to drive that far. This was a grave mistake. I am livid because I could have gotten better quality work elsewhere. I never use services in Fayetteville because service providers often take advantage thinking there is no alternative. The warranty is a lie !!! I used my Amex so I will be filing a dispute for the work today!!!

My friend took an iPhone here to have his broken screen replaced in which resulted in his facial recognition to no longer work. He went back today after being told yesterday to come today for the technician to get no resolution with the faulty repair. No refund, no credit, NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even a TMobile agent refers to this establishment in which he used but I would suggest everyone be careful with who they choose to service their phone.
