Poor service and even worse customer service. I had my phone screen repaired on Friday, and by Monday morning the screen stopped working completely. When I returned, I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty because they claimed I had dropped the phone—which is not true. There wasn’t a single scratch or crack on the screen. Instead of standing behind their work, they blamed me for what appears to be a faulty repair or defective part. Very disappointing experience.

The technician /manager to the store is very very rude. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Went and got my phone fixed and within two weeks my screen was doing all types of weird stuff. I called in to see about a refund that they mentioned to me and he said he could fix my phone again. I told him i did not need him to fix it again because of the job he did the first time. H stated they do not give refunds… and he went on and on about fixing my phone still. I asked why isnt that something that is stated when in store…. And he hung up in my face. Honestly worst customer service I have seen. If you need your phone fixed I highly suggest you don’t go there.
