Busenbark Flooring & Granite Inc.

Had the Quartz Countertop installed and the Quartz one Bowl Sink on 3/7/25. Project turned out Beautiful! The Quartz countertop has been reported back to Dennis at Busenbark Flooring & Granite that on one side of the Quartz there are areas of of countertop patches that feels not smooth but rather dull as if there was a large Sticker on the counter top prior to being brought to our home for installation and was NOT fully cleaned right? NEED to know what to clean surface soap and water does not take off. Busenbark has not called back yet but right away wants us to finish project of getting rest of countertops done. Let's fix this problem with countertop, tell us how to address cleaning it! When I came home to see my new countertop I am pleased with the countertop and how it brightens up my kitchen and to the talented men that installed it from CMC-Central Missouri Countertops. I am Not pleased with the three patches of dullness or residue one of patch areas is 7 x 7 inches, 8 x 7 in last one I didn't measure ( frustrated ) that over hangs on my island side of countertop and that store has not called us back how to remedy without ruining the top! See new pictures added! 3/10/25 Has nice selection of countertops and floor coverings! Very helpful staff. Dennis came to our home for quote measure. After we agreed of countertop price and paid our 70% deposit as required then countertop company came for proper measurements! I am looking forward to the new look in next 2 weeks! Will update this post when Job completed!

I had a great experience working with Traci at Busenbark's for my home makeover! Her interior design skills are unmatched, and the selection at Busenbark's is outstanding. I told her I wanted to feel like I was walking on clouds in my bedrooms & she delivered with double pad and super plush carpet. The LVP in the rest of the house was a perfect choice for easy clean up, especially while living with a puppy! I love the pink porcelain tile in the bathroom floor. It's been a pleasure working with this company & I can't wait to work with them on future projects.

We had a great experience with Busenbark Carpet in Columbia! Alex was helpful at managing our project - helping us pick flooring, measuring, quoting, and ordering. He was easy to communicate with and made the project go smoothly and quickly - 3-1/2 weeks from first setting foot in the store to project completion! The installers were courteous and skilled. They handled everything from removing our old flooring to installing the new flooring, cutting and installing quarter round, and cleaning everything up before they left. It was a huge job and they worked hard all day to get it completed. We are so happy with our experience and will definitely be repeat customers!
