Had a tech named Joe A. here today for biannual maintenance for my heat pump. What an absolute pro!! He was meticulous and communicated the condition of my unit clearly. Very friendly guy who did a fantastic job. This is the kind of service you hope to get everywhere and rarely receive.
The Technicians made this a good experience. The system a “Trane” was purchased 6-7 years ago with the belief that it was far superior particularly the AC compressor was the best. The first failure was the compressor I believe inside of 3 years. Although the part was covered the labor was not and was seriously high priced for the component. The same holds true for this part as the heating coil was replaced and totaled over $1500 with fan cleaning. I am not sure if this is high or that is just today’s market price. I do know the Techs were good and tolerant of my rants.
I’m not thrilled with the attention to detail and cleanliness of my repair. The hose was not returned to where it belonged. Additionally, the technician did not fully secure the wooden privacy boards around AC (left them unscrewed and others on the ground) and the drainage pipe was left unconnected. I’m

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! They destroyed my home…
They sent out a technician to do a simple maintenance service on my house. He accidentally kicked over a condensation line on the third floor resulting in a massive amount of water leaking into the home over a ten day period the house sat empty.
I get it accidents happen, it obviously wasn’t intentional. They sent someone out to look at the damage and then completely ghosted me! The “manager” Dillon would not return my calls after we were told by the tech they would “do the right thing”.
Below the AC unit I had to replace the sheet rock in an entire bathroom (remove the vanity as well). It flowed down through the dining room ceiling onto my dining room set and rugs. The damage was extensive. They obviously don’t have insurance.
DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!
PS their response below about “contacting them” is some automated reply. I called them no less than 10 times. They “elevated” the matter and the supervisor Marshall refused to take any action. He had the audacity to deny responsibility despite two of his technicians showing me exactly what they did wrong and apologizing. He is truly a slippery snake. They obviously have no insurance. I had to hire a lawyer at this point as the mold they created is extensive.
