Mr Spencer Schweir repaired the arm of my sofa nearly 9 years ago. My cat would jump on the arm of the couch and made numerous nail holes in the arm of leather sofa. He repaired it beautifully. Please repair the one sofa seat from wear over the years. Thank you.
Dears, Kindly be noted that i’ve visit Color Glo Egypt on 02/08/2023 to repair a crack in the leather of my car dashboard as they confirmed with me through facebook page after sending a picture of the dashboard that it will be handled and repaired. Then when i arrived they asked me to stay in waiting area till they finish it and after almost 3 hours they asked me to come to take the care, unfortunately when i saw it i shocked because they did it very bad even at the first it was more good than now. So I told the receptionist that i refused this result at all then she asked me to go now with my car till they found a solution for the case and they will contact me when they find it. So i went back home and after 6 days I send them what’s app message to follow up with them but without any response till some one asked me to wait again as they didn’t find a solution till now and when i told him i cannot use my car as it’s really look so bad he asked me with very unprofessional way to cover the damage with any thing and use the car till they return back to me, so I wondered and told him that’s not acceptable for me to wait such a long time so they blocked my number from what’s app & calling even they blocked me from they facebook page. Now i fixed it at another place and for sure it costs me to much because the huge damage they made. So am asking for compensation with the amount that i paid to repair it also for an official apologize from the company CEO in Egypt. Noting that it costed me 20,000 EGP that equivalent 420 USD. Waiting for your kind feedback.
We just had Serge Chevrier come and re-dye a damaged part of our leather couch. We were amazed at how he could bring it back to looking like new. We are very great full for his expertise. He also had a very friendly and professional personality. Thank you. We highly recommend his service.
Mark Trujillo is awesome. He did a great job giving me the best possible solution. He was right on time, very professional, friendly, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond. He did an awesome job replacing the leather on the driver’s seat and deep cleaning the console and passenger seat. I highly recommend his services …you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely use Mark again!!
