Very happy with our experience purchasing a gas fireplace insert from Burlington Fireplace. Everything went well, from initially exploring options at their display room, to the in-home visit to evaluate our existing unit, then to the installation by Austyn and Darryl (who did a great job). We wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.
From start to finish this has been a great experience! Our sales person was very nice. The only draw back was the 2-1/2 month wait for the install. Our installer's Austyn & Darryl were absolutely fantastic! They were very respectful, knowledgeable & personable. They walked through all the control settings, taking the door off for cleaning & answered all other questions I had. They were very clean, I had absolutely no mess after they left. We are enjoying the warmth & our new fireplace!!
Ricky, Austin, and Jet spent the day here and did an incredible job on our 1890 coal fireplace. This was a very challenging project. They were able to preserve the original tile work while prepping the opening for an updated insert. They were thoughtful, courteous, and they had great attention to detail. Real professionals. We recommend Burlington without hesitation.
Our new Fireplace installation was completed on Friday 12/14/2025 by Burlington Fireplace & Solar. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our Sales Rep, Zach was great. He listened to what we were looking for and assisted us with our design and selection. Never pushy always helpful. The installation crew was phenomenal!! Ricky was extremely detailed and serious about the project. His helper/assistant, Jett, was friendly and super helpful with the project, taking direction from Ricky, and ensuring that things were picked and cleaned up during the project. Ricky made sure that everything went smoothly with the project and always made sure of everything he was doing during the install and always asked for our input and feedback. This company did everything right and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone and would use them again for any future project. Great Job!!!!!
