The Quality Fireplace team is outstanding to work with from Selena in the office Brad on the sales team and the guys who are doing the sweeping and repair work. They put in my new sleeve and didn’t stop until I was 100% satisfied. Could not recommend them more.

We had Brad come out to clean our chimney. He was over-the-top, a fantastic technician. He is friendly, respectful and did a great job. I highly recommend you book...and ask for Brad!
I just want to pass on the phenomenal service we had with Brad today. He was so thorough in his explanation of the repairs to our fireplace and chimney. He walked us through step by step, and my husband and I were just so impressed. He was able to get another employee out today to get repairs done on our chimney the same day! We are so happy that the repairs will be completed in a timely manner and get our chimney/fireplace safe for use. Brad is a wonderful asset to Quality Fireplace & Chimney Services!
