Called on a Tuesday Morning and BSW was their before 1pm the same day and found the problem quickly and the service was excellent and was very professional and friendly. Would recommend to friends and family and will use again if needed. Very prompt service. Thank you BSW
Steve, in addition to being an expert electrician is also an exceptionally friendly person to work with. I recently required his services and he sent out an employee to address my issue that same day. It turned out that the problem was simple to solve. Steve never charged me for that electrician's visit! He went the extra mile. I would highly recommend BSW Electric for any of your electrical needs.
Steve responded to my call Friday night quickly and assured me that if WE Energies couldn’t find the issue outside on their end, he had a guy that was ready to come out to fix the problem. We are so happy not to have needed BSW’s help, but very thankful they were ready to come help us if needed in this cold weather. Thanks again to Steve and crew @ BSW ELECTRIC 👍
I don't usually leave reviews unless the service was spectacular or spectacularly bad. In this case, the service I received from Jim at BSW was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly friendly and professional from the first phone call through the handshake goodbye. I called him to have some home sale inspection fixes completed. I provided him the list of what needed to be done and he assured me that they were all relatively simple fixes and that he could knock them out in a couple hours. He was able to come and complete the work within a couple days and he gave me a time and also called the day of to confirm. He showed up on time and was in and out in less than 2 hours with everything being completed. He even came in with a broom and dust pan to clean up the small amount of dust on the floor from fixing the outlet. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, was incredibly respectful of our time and space (we were working from home) and kept us informed of everything he was doing. I can't recommend him and BSW enough. I will be reaching out to him with any and all electrical work I ever need done going forward!
So happy with BSW! Their customer service was great. They were able to come out within a day or two to fix my non-emergent concerns. They were punctual and pricing was very fair. Their communication was amazing down to the billing process which was as easy as a click of a button. Highly recommend.
