Top of the line experience, with an excellent product (some USA content and assembly) and a couple helpful phone conversations with Russ at the company. Instructions were 100% accurate, clearly written and detailed. Installation was about as easy as it could be. It greatly increases the heat output of the fireplace. Worth it!
Easy order process as I was looking for a customizable unit for my insert. It was a little more than I planned to pay but I got all the features I wanted. Magnetic thermostat , variable speed fan and modifiable mounting bracket.
Had to replace the fan & controls on my fireplace insert. I bought one of their units. Got it fast. Was easy to install. Very happy.
