Each time I've gone to Brown Computer Solutions for issues regarding my phone, they have solved the issue quickly and efficiently. Everyone is friendly and professional, and I'd recommend BCS to anyone looking for a reliable place to receive help with their devices!

Sean went above and beyond to help somebody that doesn't have a lot of knowledge about tech stuff. I just wanted help to set up a new tablet and try to transfer my stuff over and it was mainly games and nobody would help me. Sean was very knowledgeable when I went there and he got it switched over , but I lost my progress on my games which he said might happen. But at least I got my games switched over. Thank you Sean for taking the time again to help me with something that to some people is so simple.

I managed to brick my Windows desktop, so I broke out my travel/ backup laptop while I waited for my new parts to arrive. Then I realized that my laptop drive was full. So that option was dead in the water until i got it addressed. I called around and Brown Computer was the only place where I could get a new larger hard drive swapped in with a clone of my old drive so I wouldn't spend days downloading everything again. Luckily I had the drive from my failed desktop to swap in and the next morning everything was good. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick. And it is a local company owned by a guy with a passion for computers. There are two places in the area I trust to take my computer to for work and Brown Computer is one of them.
