I called Bowman to do a pretreatment for termites on our new construction. Even though it was a last minute request, they where able to find a spot on their schedule for us. they were professional, courteous and called me back in a very timely fashion. they took the time to explain the process to me and I would highly recommend them in the future.
Very professional but failed to contact my tenants to schedule the service calls thus they arrived and completed the exterior but did not get to complete the interior and only after I spoke with my renters to find they did not complete there work as agreed than later they wanted to come back to complete there service but at that point they only completed 1/2 of the work and refused to except their payment for the work they performed. I would say they are an excellent sub contractor but at this point there services where terminated and un less they except the 50% for only providing 1/2 of there work i will not use them again on my rental properties
We have monthly pest treatments and our experience has been for 5 years of service. No problems. We also had the termite fumigation witha a special re-treatment if needed warranty. Highly recommend Kelao for his attention and consistent care, as well as Jay and the fumigation crew.
Great great company ! They have been good care and exterminates all unwelcome bugs our Ford Resdent for over 5 yrs. Mr.KALEO PALACAT is very relatable this company is lucky to have him. He make sure what customers paid is worth and details job for us! We didn’t see bugs for over 5 yrs . I highly recommend this company and Mr. Kaleo ! We love him!!! Anyone can’t stand bugs and have issue please try them. You will be happy you called them .
