I called Bill at 4:30 pm and he picked up his phone while driving home. Since he lives not far from my house, he came by on his way home. He diagnosed my issue and then fixed it (my garbage disposal was locked up and I couldn't reach down to fix it). His demeanor was perfect - told me what I needed to do after he left and then we talked story. I will call Bill again in the future. BTW: I've used him in the past for a larger job and he did a GREAT job then, too. Terrific guy who knows his stuff!

I met Bill through the a mutual friend. Had some electrical moved after having an attic ladder installed in my garage. We found that one of our GFI outlets was not working correctly and another outlet that also controlled the outlet in my guest bathroom had stopped working. Took Bill a while to find out what the issue was and get everything working properly, but in his research he found a few items that were done “not quite” correctly when we had out bathrooms remodeled a few years ago. Long story short, I have asked Bill to come back and check and fix the issues that he found in one bathroom and also make sure all is correct in our Master Bathroom. I am so thankful to have met Bill and know that once he has made sure all is good and correct with our electrical systems we won’t have to worry about the possibility any electrical shorting out and a possible fire. Thank you Bill for coming out on a Saturday and end up spending most of your day when you thought it would be a quick GFI fix.
