Our service guy was awesome. Very professional and his primary goal was to fix my garage door, not just sell me a new one if I didn’t need it. In received 2 quotes on a new one if that was the route I wanted to go. I have always used Bouma Bros and have been very happy with them.

Second time using them several years, they are just phenomenal. Easy to book, easy communication, affordable prices, quick turnaround time. The techs are super helpful, not only did Casey fix it quickly, he explained the process which could allow me to fix it if it happens again. He also took the liberty of greasing the garage system, as it's quite old and in this cold weather it was clearly struggling. He also showed me how and where to grease for the yearly self-checks. Will never use any other company for garage needs!
Bouma Bros installed a new garage door for us in 2020 and another on a garage addition in 2023. Good prices, came on time, and cleaned everything up. But the best experience was when someone backed into the garage door. They were out to assess the damage the next morning and were there right away the following morning to work on the door. We were certain the panel was not fixable, but not only did they fix it - it doesn't look damaged at all. They were on time, called ahead, and were available for questions. Really excellent service.
We needed a garage door spring repair done, and Bouma Bros got it done the day after we called! (It wasn’t an emergency.) After seeing many over priced companies, many comments on Reddit recommended Bouma. It was only $200 for our single spring repair! I’m so grateful for prompt and affordable service!
