I called to have my 1500 gallon septic tank pumped out. Dan arrived on time and got right to work without hesitation... after all of the fluids and loose solids were pumped out, he discovered that there was a BIG bed of roots at the bottom of the tank! Dan literally got on his hands and knees to efficiently and precisely remove the ENTIRE spongy root mess piece by piece! He does extremely thorough work and I definitely, highly recommend him! His work is impeccable and his price is Unbeatable!

I called Blackwater after reading the positive Google reviews; I am glad that I did. My parents needed to have their septic tank emptied and explore what was causing their system to be backed up. It had been about 5 years since they had it pumped out last, and their former provider had sadly passed away, so we didn’t know where to go to. Dan came out as soon as possible and quickly resolved the issue and was very professional. Their service fees are very reasonable, and their customer service is excellent. Dan went above and beyond to take care of my parent’s septic system and ensure that any blockages were resolved in addition to clearing out the tank. He back-filled the hole with dirt after he was done, and was careful with their lawn even though the ground was soggy due to the spring season. Very grateful for his service.
