Bill has Gone above and beyond the call of duty. He fixed our furnace now twice did our hot water heater and this last time that we had the heater Messing up, fixed it for free now who does that? I can’t express my gratitude and appreciation for him. He is even called couple of times this afternoon to make sure that our heater is working and making sure that it’s holding temperature that is just awesome. If you need somebody to help with anything in the RV, I think Bill’s your guy thank you so much Bill you’re wonderful

Had a great experience with Bill, got set up at the Koa in greatfalls to find our fridge not working and the fuse continuously blowing. Bill came out the same day I called, tracked down the bad wire in our slideout and fixed the problem in less then an hour. Now a few days later still working perfectly. Great customer service and very knowledgeable! Couldn't recommend more!

On the road. Air conditioning issue. Bill was on the spot! Checked out issue, found dead AC unit, had one in stock. Replaced, gave tips and tricks. Works better than the original. Will finish my end on our return home. Thanks Bill!
