They didn’t swap out the power cord from old stove to the new one. They also gave me a hard time just asking why that was. No note or callback saying why they couldn’t swap out the cord. It’s part of the purchase agreement that they do that as a courtesy cause I paid $55 for delivery. Which is very high I might add. The Hispanic lady at the store was yelling at me over the phone about it. Then they texted me saying they were gonna pick up my already purchased stove without me consenting to a return to begin with. Honestly, the price wasn’t even worth it for a used stove. Just get a new one from Lowe’s so you don’t have to deal with bad people.
