Been searching for years for a mechanic that won't scam me(solo female) and was recommended this place by a family friend. Replaced my whole power steering system(about 400 with parts) and that literally did nothing had the same problem. In Autozone buying my 5th container of Power steering, a mechanic heard my problem and offered his help, after looking at it, realized the whole system was sabotage(very loose screws, one screw was so tight it was causing backup) was 100% sure it was sabo. Thanks for always failing me as an Car Garage company.

I cant believe how people will try and get over on a woman. I took my car 2013 Ford Focus to get diagnosis at O'Reilly's because my check engine light came on after they installed a new coolant reservoir and was told the part was $85, so I brought my car to this shop where I use to do business and the guy tried to get over by saying its going to cost $700 to do the work, after the work they did was performed incorrectly, now my car is running hot and coolant doesnt stay inside the reservoir. The car itself is not that much. Then when I said I dont have that kind of money, he says just because your check engine light came on with no other problems it may be just dust, nothing major. Are you kidding me? Bad business and plus they dont seem to know what they are doing.

WARNING!!! It's disappointing to have contributed to this establishment. We a family that believes STRONGLY in supporting community minority business. We have had small work done a couple times here on our older model vehicle, this last time we opted to have them do the front and back brakes and rotors on 2/12/25. Because of some grinding I took the vehicle back (because of the 1 year warranty) they provided...today is 2/26/25. I was told everyone one was at lunch and I waited an hour, while waiting another customer arrived as well. When the owner returned he proceeded to ignore my position in line and begin to direct the employee to service the fellow that accompanied the gentlemen he begin to converse with. "The mechanic told the owner I was there first and he shrugged it off and proceeded with his conversation". I waited a moment to give time for corrective behavior BUT he never offered an apology or acknowledgement so I left without a word. If a company don't value family and time I won't waste my resources. I may not speak the language, however proper business ethical treatment is universal. I STRONGLY advise against patronizing this establishment because (racism is universal as well)! Also, the surprise fee for using a card if you don't have cash should be posted.
