They promised we would have access to our photos online after 2-3 days. We didn't see anything for almost two weeks, and that was only after multiple phone calls and a written inquiry. The owner promised that he would personally see us through the process and exited the picture shortly thereafter, handing us back to the photographer that initially dropped the ball. When we received our proofs, only half of the photos we requested were present with no explanation. Their lack of communication and follow-through showed us that we were not valued customers. They might do good work, but make sure that you're important enough for them to care. —— If I bumped this review in 2020 it was completely by accident, however, it’s disappointing that your only response ever was to complain about that rather than addressing the problem and making it right. I guess things haven’t changed.
