We're a k-12 school district and have been customers of ByteSpeed for a long time. They offer solid products with great support and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Warranty work/support is top notch.

The staff at Bytespeed have been great to work with. They are quick to respond and resolve any questions we may have. We have been very happy with their products and have found them to be very reliable. Like anything with tech, sometimes things do break, but Bytespeed tech support is quick to send us any part quickly that is under warranty. They have done a great job with their ClaaS app streaming solution for schools. It has been a great solution for our remote students to keep up on school work that usually was only available to them on higher-end lab computers for apps like Inventor and Illustrator. It is a great partnership.

We have been using Bytespeed computers for a number of years now in our nursing home. We have a variety of products including servers, desktops, laptops, tablets and touch screen kiosks. I am always amazed with the turn around time for shipment of my order and their customer service is stellar. From receiving quotes to delivery of the final purchase, the process is smooth. The 5 year warranty and lifetime support is a plus, but I don't call support very often! I appreciated talking to a real person from sales to support and am thankful we found Bytespeed. They make my job so much easier!
