Really good prices and customer service. It is really nice being able to order machines and have them within one week of placing an order. Available by phone or email, and their quoting software is easy to use and understand. They are one-stop shop for our esports needs, and I can purchase everything from one company, without having to price bulk quotes from multiple companies.
Gravity Gaming worked with a student that was the lead to help purchase equipment for the lab. They walked him through everything as if he were in charge. I appreciated the effort. Machines are great and should last us a long time. I would purchase from them again.

We recently acquired a Quantum computer from Gravity Gaming and my, does it perform well! I've been personally sitting on a budget gaming build from 2013 and the difference is incredible! I can actually tune up the graphics on my games above medium and get great performance out of it! Not to mention that I do multimedia work with Adobe CC products (Photoshop/Premiere Pro/etc) and those programs run spectacularly! We're looking to utilize the build for content production in the Youtube and Twitch space, which I've been testing stream settings for the past month and it has been quite a step up from my previous build! The only tweaking I've had to do so far was OS specific settings to my personal preferences on the machine like keyboard input and mouse sensitivity, so props on the experience!
