Beckley Mechanical is always response to our needs and is responsible for an upgrade to our heating system. This spring when we returned from being outside for medical treatment, Tim from Beckley came out on an emergency call to get our boiler and water back up. Then a couple days later Tim came back to complete our hot water system with a much better manifold. He is personable, very knowledgeable, professional, and goes the extra mile to help. Fantastic service. No worries about a mess or clean-up. Their yearly contract is well worth the small payment.

Jered and Dan are professionals who are great to work with. I didn’t have to worry about asking questions regarding my projects that I am planning with them for the duplex that I just bought. They answer questions with in depth information and are a wealth of knowledge. They installed a new electric hot water tank for me and they explained exactly how they were going to do it which confirmed my original thoughts on the project. They kept the work area clean and the quality of their work is great. I’ll be hiring them to complete a large mechanical project for me next spring. These guys are responsive and professional which is refreshing, because my experience with Fairbanks contractors has been less than stellar compared to the lower 48. I work in the engineering and construction industry and have worked in the lower 48 and overseas in other countries for 20 years. I know what right looks like and how customers like to be treated. I hope that other Fairbanks contractors catch on to the professionalism offered by Beckley Mechanical and apply it to their own business model.
