Absolutely amazing shop! Great workers, great people. They are very efficient and get your car done fast. They even sent me a video of another issue my car was having, showing me the problem. They give you quotes if something else is wrong and give you the option to have them fix it on spot, or decline so you can do it another time. They have very fair pricing, much better than other shops in Fairbanks. I will never take my car to another shop. Metro is the way to go!! Super reliable! And very trustworthy! 10/10 would recommend!!

I definitely recommend Metropolitan Garage. My parents started going here back when the shop was in Goldstream, and they always spoke highly of them. I left Fairbanks before owning a car of my own, but I recently moved back and bought a car. I knew I would take it to Metro; it's comforting knowing I can trust that everyone is going to be honest and do good work. Everyone I have interacted with has been really kind and helpful. Also, my car is a Toyota hybrid, so I feel even more at ease knowing that Metro is a certified hybrid shop. Some features that I like: - Booking can be done online or by phone - You get a confirmation text with the date of your appointment - You get a detailed electronic estimate of the work requested and the page gives you the option to accept or decline each request - The mechanics will indicate what work is urgent and what can be done later, and if they come across a new issue, they will get your approval before fixing it - The invoice is detailed
