Gary was polite and professional. He answered my questions, and concerns. Besides cleaning, he replaced a couple of different parts that were not functioning properly. Knowing that my furnace is well looked after gives me a great sense of security, especially having come through our recent deep freeze. I am now on their yearly cleaning program, which saves money, and allows technicians to find issues before they become a problem. Thank you, Gary, for taking care of my boiler.
Rocky's has kept our boiler going for 10 years with excellent customer service, professionalism, and honest work. They came out at -47 with a smile and got us running within 90 minutes, wow! (90 minutes after arrival on site). Thank you.
Our boiler shut down at -40 for our essential to Fairbanks company. Rockys showed up within 30 minutes and had our almost frozen boiler running within an hour. Jimmy was so friendly and calm. I know he had been fixing Fairbanks around the clock, and he didn't act tired or stressed, just super kind and helpful. The true unsung heroes!!
I have lived in Alaska since 1961. In all those years I have dealt with many heating companies. NEVER have I been treated so well. I am disabled, live alone & was scared out of my wits. Caleb came whirring in & took over & made me feel so much better. The poor man had to jump some hoops with my natty old house, but he did it all with a smile. And the company itself - they were ALL so wonderful. I am truly blessed. I'll be telling everyone I know to go with Rocky's!
