Don’t deal with this company!!! I brought my EcoFlow delta max to them in February for repair. I checked in with them every month or so, after 4 months. I was concerned that it might not be the best for the batteries to be sitting for 4 months without a charge. I was told that it was not going to affect the batteries. Month 5 , I was told it was on a barge to Honolulu for repair, asked when it would be returned. Was told they did not know. End of the fifth month, I was told that they had emailed me and that the warranty would not cover the repair since water had been found inside the unit. I had been given a delta max 2000 as a loaner when I brought the unit in. They told me to go ahead and keep the loaner and they would take the loss. I bought my unit for over $1800. I said that the unit I had was not the same as the loaner, was told they were the same. I contacted the main office of EcoFlow and they told me it was the same. Fortunately I had taken a picture of the spects on my unit and the loaner is about half the cost of the unit I had and was half as powerful! These guys were pulling a fast one on me. Being I am a single older woman. I was scammed out of my unit and bullshitted by the owner who told me they were the same unit. Be careful of these guys! My unit was never in the position that water could get inside the unit, in fact the guy working there open the unit in my presence and there was no water damage! Real low and lying snakes in the grass! It took 5 months before I was told that they would take the loss and I “scored” by being allowed to keep the loaner! Don’t deal with these guys! I was also told by the EcoFlow main office that they would not honor their 10 year warranty, because we are in Hawaii! The warranty does not apply to units bought here and Bsttery Bills was not a dealer representing their company!

Brought in my battery to replace on my Sprinter. They recommended me a battery based on their knowledge of batteries and experience worth $500.00 . 6 months later... battery is dead, and they don't hold themselves responsible.. not only that, they informed me that because it's low voltage level, warranty is voided. I was using my van regularly one day and the next day it won't turn on, never had it in storage. Won't be coming here and won't be recommending them at all.
