I neglected to pack the charger for my wife's older Macbook Air for our stay in Hakalau. It was an absolute godsend that this store was just down the road in Hilo, and that they had the available charger. The staff who helped out was careful to make sure which product we needed and point out the specific differences between somewhat similar items.
I have never encountered a more hostile front desk worker. She refused to clarify any technical details, answer any questions, and said I was a nuisance for trying to get information about the process (I was told that all of the data may be erased from my devices during the process and when I asked for clarification so I could possibly back it up, I was met with rolled eyes. After the last time they were not able to fix my device, I decided to leave. It’s a shame that this local business hired such an adversarial worker.

I went to mac made easy today and couldn't figure out why a audio recorder device i use wasn't working with transferring information. Marley gave me a lot of her time, helping me trouble shoot. She was really nice and helpful I ended up buying a different cord after we figured out the issue:) very pleased with the service!
