Had good repair done for a very fair price. I asked to be notified asap if my monitor was unrepairable so I could order a new one so I would have a working system when I picked up my desktop. They had my system for two weeks. I called three times to front office person for update and only got: " I'll have the Tech get back to you". No one ever called. When I arrived to receive my computer a man brought out my desktop and said my monitor did not work. I asked him to have the Tech phone me when he came in to answer a question that would help me order a new one that day, no one ever called. I lost another week to work till new monitor was sent. Disappointed.

My experience is no less than excellent. The personnel there are friendly, courteous and the tech who serviced my ailing machine knew exactly what was wrong and got the computer up and running better than new. And the fees are not exorbitant either. I will use them again if necessary and will not hesistate to recommend them to others.
