First class! From receptionist to technician. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very effective. I could not be more pleased with the treatment Will Kill Termites & Pest provided. The price is unbeatable. There service is guaranteed. Look no further. They are located in Hilo so appointment times are easy and flexible. The technician showed up at the exact time he said he would. First Class!
Will Kill was great when they came to treat my home! Keith was super friendly, professional, considerate, and efficient. He was on time, and quick about his work. He answered all my questions respectfully and honestly, even letting me know that I didn't need the more expensive treatment plan. When I asked them to come do a follow-up treatment for a particularly pesky spot they were there, no questions asked for free! I haven't seen any bugs in my home since then and will definitely be using them again!
Pest control associate Chance did an assessment on our apartment yesterday. I was blown away! He was incredibly thorough, provided great education for me to understand the findings, and created a plan I feel great with moving forward. So grateful to have Will Kill keeping our apartment healthy and pest-free. :)
