these guys are great! called yesterday evening because we didn't have any water to our house, tried to troubleshoot some things on our own, but then ended up calling Bastian because we thought it might be our pump. These guys showed up at 7:30 this morning and we're in and out within an hour and fixed everything. Very reasonably priced. Will be recommending them to our neighbors!
We’d give a 10 if it was allowed. No water last Wednesday! We found our inside pressure tank gauge was on Zero. Randomly chose Bastian from goggle. They answered the phone first try. Arrived within 3 hrs of call. Crew of 3 pulled well pump out of 85 ft well. Difficult removal due to excessive rust on top of 34 yr old pump. Replaced pump, pipes etc. Water flowing again in 5-6 hrs. No it’s not cheap but it can always be worse. Would definitely recommend & hire them again.
I had a new jet pump and pressure tank installed. From the initial contact to the final installation 5 stars. I had contacted the company that originally installed the system, and they claimed all the old guys were gone and they don’t know how to repair or replace jet pumps. William upgraded us with great craftsmanship.
Called Bastian well service after our home unexpectedly had no water. William came out in under a hour! Was determined the well pump was bad. He had the pump replaced in no time at all and our water restored! Do not hesitate to call Bastian well service very fast and professional!
