Excellent and fast communication regarding appointments and transparency of the repair. Offered advice for further maintenance and very flexible with scheduling. They definitely have a fast response time and make sure that you understand what is going on, what needs to be done and reasonable pricing. They have my repeat business, awesome company and much appreciated!
I'd like to add my name to the chorus of those whom have provided 5 star reviews for Terrell and the HVAC repair and maintenance work he performs. As said, he is knowledgeable, professional, respectful, friendly, does quality work and has fair/reasonable pricing. Most importantly, I trust him. Trust him to honestly diagnose the problem and provide me with options on how to address it. Working with Loni (sp?) on scheduling and admin issues has always been a pleasure, too.
I am so very thankful for not only the great customer service and the prompt response but the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes. We kept having issues with our furnace after paying thousands of dollars to another company. They wanted to charge us even more although it had not been 30 days. A friend recommended this company. Needless to say we will NOT be using anyone else from now on. He didnt try to get over like the other company. The company was reasonable, prompt and had great customer service. Give them a call for your heating/cooling needs- you won't be disappointed...
Terrell was great to work with. He was punctual and respectful of our house. He took his time and was very thorough. He also is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job explaining to me the issue in regular words instead of trade jargon. I got him assigned ramdomly to me through my home warrentt but I will definitely choose to use him again in the future.
