Danny said he would come by after he was done with the job he was on and he was true to his word. It was a bit late (7 pm) but he showed up! We liked him and his solution, however we found an alternate who was able to get us in quicker. Being in an RV, the repair was a bit more urgent to us than his schedule allowed. That being said... He called back and he showed up...2 critical factors when choosing quality and service.
