Giovanni Vasquez (Technician) was very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable in his field. He was able to break down what was going on with our AC unit and how to take preventative measures from now on. He was able to find the problem within 15 min of checking our unit. He did take other measures to ensure that our unit will run accordingly. We would use this company again in the future. Thank you for all your help and kindness.

I’m glad I called Quick when my AC went out. Their professionalism and customer service is the best there is in Yuma. Jay quarterbacked the transaction with excellent communication while Horacio went above and and beyond leading the removal of old and installation of new unit. The final product is so much better than expected.

Our technician was Giovanni and he went above and beyond what has been done in the past. We have service done once a year to maintain our warranty and usually the service is done in an hour. He was here for about 3 hours working constantly from up on the roof to inside the attic for the air handler. He is a valuable employee in this day and age. His training and knowledge are an asset to Quick Refrigeration and we hope he will be rewarded in his future for his dedication. Thank you.
