Very happy with the service I received. Communication was great from start to finish. Clear estimate on what needed to be done. Options on services I wanted performed. A report at the end of things done and what needed to be done. Great customer service. I will use them again.
I’ve been to JJ’s Automotive & Tire Service LLC twice within the past couple of months and both experiences have been excellent. The first visit was for my A/C, and most recently they replaced my radiator after finding that my transmission fluid lines were leaking. Joe was honest, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and professionally. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but JJ’s has definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them.
I brought my truck in with front end suspension problems. When I explained the symptoms to Joe, I got a good feeling that they actually care about your vehicle and actually listen to your concerns. They performed the service promptly but very thorough. Communication during the service was excellent. When I picked up my truck, I left feeling confident that they genuinely care about your vehicle and you. The quality of work and service was excellent and rare to find these days. I will recommend JJ’s to anyone.
