Ron was super great! He was knowledgeable, explained thoroughly what the scope of the work was, anything to look for and tips to keep my fireplace clean. He was a great service technician. I’m looking forward to working with you guys next season as well.
Our technician was very kind, punctual, and thorough in completing the inspection and chimney sweep for our fireplace. The price was fair, and all findings from the inspection were thoroughly explained. I will be working with this company again in the future!
It's always good when the tech tells you to start that the chimney looks in good shape and just needs a cleaning. Shy was very professional, didn't leave any trace of the cleaning in the house, and the fireplace looks fantastic. Definitely recommend.
EDIT: Review done after initial call in order to get a discount. No review=no discount. Tried to start a fire days after tech left, chimney still did not vent. Called, no show. Called again, showed but problem not resolved and was told to call someone else. I paid over $400 for a cleaning which they said would solve the venting issue. It didn’t and I’m out that money and still where I started. Would not recommend this company~ clearly not knowledgeable in wood burning stoves. Original review: Shay called ahead and arrived on time. He was extremely polite and professional. He was thorough in his cleaning as well. I will definitely call again!
