I don't know exactly what I was expecting from a flooring provider, but Floors by Remo and Company absolutely blew me away! Emily and Krista are incredibly responsive and accommodating. They seamlessly handled my last-minute showroom visit request, and when my installer thought we were short on material (my fault for eyeballing!), Krista immediately ordered and couriered additional material to my home same day. My kitchen is next, and I'll definitely be returning to Floors by Remo and Company for my counters and backsplash. Thank you for the world-class service and design expertise!
