Action Computers is the only place I will go for computer support from here on! They are incredible! The technician, Lily, was able to get my hard drive out of my liquid filled laptop in 20 seconds after another company had stripped the screws in my computer, charged me outrageous fees and left me with no data transfer because they said they had no ability to get to my hard drive. Lily provided me with all my data that I thought I had lost and she explained in a video how incompetent the previous tech from another company had been. This video helped me to get most of my money back from the incompetent company. Additionally Dean Nye at Action Computers was extremely helpful in working with me and settling my fried nerves after my computer had been mishandled by the other company. They charged a very reasonable amount and a lot less than the other company. Lily and Dean focused on the customer and the service was amazing, I was treated with respect and care. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees!
