AR Iron Doors, Gates, and Fences

AR Iron is an absolutely awful company. I do not recommend them at all! The salesperson and office staff lack professionalism, communication skills, and common sense. No one would do the bare minimum to answer the phone, return messages, or answer a simple question such as when the product would be installed. Installation did not go well at all - and was not what was agreed upon - as if they'd never installed a gate before. They drilled into the HOA's brick wall, but misjudged, so they left permanent holes that we'll be dealing with. It did not match the rendering or the contract. When we reached out to the salesperson during the install, our concerns were ignored. The "secure" gate that was promised didn't have any lock or even space for a padlock - just a regular handle, and the installer said there's no way to get a lock on the gate. Then the office called to demand payment for the remaining balance. After we said we wouldn't pay it until the situation was resolved, the salesperson showed up angry days later with no notice, while we were out and replaced the handle with a joke of a lock that wouldn't even be fit for a baby gate. When we said it was not acceptable, he said that's the best they can do, and that he did us a "favor" - even though we had a contract and paid nearly $3K (about 90% of the total) upfront for a secure gate with an actual lock. It was all a very bad, frustrating experience. Learn some humility and professionalism.
