Master Tech Automotive Repair

The fact that the name of this company is master tech is either meant to be irony or a fraudulent claim. I came in to get my transmission swap looked over for a noise that made me feel like I better stop and take it to someone else to see whats going on. I explained my entire situation. And they assured me that they could take a look at it and see what was going on with it. Keeping in mind I didnt this sawp by myself with the limited tools I had and had to get in order to finish the swap. It took me a month to do so on my free time, the battery was dead. But just needed to be charged to maintain the voltage And get the car started. A simple solution to a problem, instead, what I got was an outright refusal to work on the car. Because the technician apparently couldn't figure this out. And because I disconnected the amplifier to my car's audio system. So that there was less cables having to be managed by the battery terminal making it easier to work on. However this tech decided it was too "dangerous to work on" and outright refused even after explaining why he couldn't get to turn on. Needless to say, unless you're getting something simple done like an oil change or filter, I asked about tires they said they dont do tires. So not really sure what they're even good at, because it was very obvious they barely have a business running to begin with. But no compensation for the wasted tow to them after they already agreed to work on it. Bottom line, dont trust them at their word. And make sure you get something in writing with them so you can hold them accountable when they dont do their patt

Yo I appreciate these guys fr! Scott had the best customer service ever he’s the reason why I decided to get my car towed over to Master Tech. All the staff are friendly and shoutout to John for working with me. He was able to set the prices a lot lower price than the actual retail Value which was amazing! Although it did take a little longer for them to fix due to my foreign car, they were always good at communicating with me every time. These people are truly honest and won’t lie to your face which is why I’m so grateful to have found them. They were able to bring my car back to life and now it’s driving better than it was when I first brung it in to them. Shoutout to all the guys John, Scott, Tyrese, and all the mechanics!
