I called at 7am and Nick answered the phone. I told him my name and without interrupting me I explained my problem. The support rod off the middle of my brass bed frame had broken off. He said put a magnet to it for me. I told him but it’s brass but I was getting the magnet while I talked. Well, it’s metal! I took it over to him within the hour. He greeted me with a smile and said have a seat I’ll get it right back to you and he did! Such a little job with a HUGE service and respect given to me. We say in Texas he is Numero 1. Don’t brother calling around this is the guy.
