We had an issue with not getting enough hot water from our shower. We called Renuity Bath for someone to take a look at it and they sent Brian B. just a couple of days later. Brian is so affable and professional. We are pleased with his performance in getting the job done so quickly! He’s a great asset to the company! We’re happy we’re getting hot water now!
Highly recommend this company if you're considering remodeling your tub/shower. The sales representative was meticulous on taking measurements and discussing what features I wanted, along with pointing out some potential aesthetic issues due to the non-standard back wall measurement we were dealing with. The installers were proactive in maintaining a clean work area, as well as confirming what the sales representative had gone over with me.
Aside from a slow start , everything was professionally done by knowledgeable employees. It was the cleanest install we've ever had. I didn't have to clean anything after they were done. The electricians were just as good.
