I originally visited this shop for my girlfriend’s oil change, as she’s likes this location. The service was incredibly fast, but the customer service—specifically from BRIAN was truly on another level.
Without even being asked, Brian took the time to look at my girlfriend’s key fob as we told him it had never worked and he realized the battery had simply been installed backward. He fixed it on the spot out of pure kindness surprising us at the end of the service. Saving us at least $150. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and care in the auto industry. Highly recommend this team for any of your car needs!"
Seriously, the best place in the vegas Valley to get your oil changed you go in there if they correct the mistakes they work with you and they make it happen. They also have a great view of the whole Vegas trip and great coffee I will have to say every time I get my oil change done there my car gets better gas mileage. Thank you you guys!
GO TO SUNSET LOCATION!!!! Dalton and ely has horrible customer service and they do not care at least for women who are trying to care for their cars. I’ve lived in Henderson seven years. Please trust me when I tell you that this is the. Worst place ever I don’t even know why Dalton has a job. He calls me up At 8 AM today.. Just to tell me that his management team is making him call me today to discuss the fact that He is not taking responsibility for locking my engine on October 22, STAY AWAY FROM HERE! GO TO SUNSET LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!I encountered significant issues with a radiator flush at the establishment located at 1300 Boulder in Henderson. After the initial flush, I had to return my vehicle twice. During the second visit, I expressed concerns about being turned away, and the third time, I was too apprehensive to return and opted to seek services at another location. Ultimately, I was sent back to the original establishment.
On the day of my return, I explained my concerns to Dalton, the manager. However, my engine suddenly locked and seized while under their care. Despite my explanation, they showed no remorse, assumed no responsibility, and denied me information to their insurance company regarding faulty workmanship. I believe they were upset that I had chosen to seek services at another location after not trusting their previous experiences.
As a Black woman, I strongly advise against taking your vehicle to this establishment. My elderly mother and I were subjected to a severe mistreatment and discrimination. As a result, we were left with $17,000 in damages to our vehicle, which we lack the financial means to repair. Currently, I am without a car and out of the $400 I initially spent, with an additional $17,000 needed to regain mobility.
My vehicle had no lights on the dashboard, despite its excellent performance. It only required routine maintenance repairs before I visited this establishment. I had initially trusted them due to their AAA association, but it turned out that they are a separate entity from the AAA membership services. Unfortunately, my mother and I were unaware of this fact, and we would not have chosen to visit this establishment if we had known.
The consequences for my mother were particularly severe, as the vehicle was primarily purchased for her to commute to medical appointments. This situation is deeply concerning and serves as a stark reminder of the importance of thorough due diligence when seeking automotive services.
To Dalton and Ely, the manager, I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment I received. You were both rude and verbally abusive towards my mother. Your defensive demeanor prevented you from adequately assisting my AAA tow driver in retrieving my vehicle.
